Our body is like an instrument that can easily be tuned to come back into alignment with well-being. By relaxing and letting the soothing tones and frequencies of the Sound Bath wash over you even those with very busy minds can experience the quietening of their thoughts and anxieties. Scientific studies show that when people practice relaxation/ meditation on a regular basis, within just 8 weeks they start to cope with every day stresses better.
