Journaling Practice plus Soundbath: Explore your thoughts and emotions as you engage in guided journaling exercises, followed by a soothing soundbath to enhance your inner reflection.

Tapping (EFT) and Vagus Nerve Vocal Toning Plus Soundbath: Learn powerful techniques to release stress and promote emotional well-being through tapping (EFT) and vagus nerve vocal toning, accompanied by a healing soundbath.

Breathwork plus Soundbath: Harness the power of your breath to cultivate calmness and clarity, complemented by a tranquil soundbath experience.

Movement for Nervous System Regulation plus Soundbath: Explore gentle movement practices designed to regulate your nervous system and promote relaxation, followed by a soothing soundbath to harmonize body and mind.
